Well, <LOL> I reluctantly said yes. I wasn't ready for another dog but I knew Kathy had more than enough dogs and was already struggling to place some that she had, and I felt really bad for her so, I kind of was and really wasn't but what the heck. <LOL> So what I actually said was, if she could keep him for another week (Hoping she couldn't) because we were both going to Mid-Atlantic. She said Oh sure, or something like that, and the rest is history. Now, let me hug my BowzaWow! But he did get younger by the minute because he is now the age they said he was when I got him, and he ain't getting any older. <LOL>!

Oh, I thank you for taking the Bow. I had no idea why I agreed to help him when I took him. I had dogs of my own plus another foster dog. But God was guiding us. For those who don't know, my dog groomer said he was abandoned the night before at their business. He was filthy and assumed to be pretty old and sick. Jessie and I were talking about MSCB the day he came home with me and I half-heartedly asked her if she was ready for another dog yet. She said yes, and the rest is history. He got younger by the day! A match made in heaven for both of you!

Kathy, I forgot to thank you for the bestess part: Bowzer!
He should have been at the top of that whole list, above everything. <grin> And he thinks so, too.

Thank you Jessie, for your thoughtful words. I have enjoyed every minute of it. Well, maybe not those cold days at Kmart when we were fundraising and the blasts of winter air froze our butts off! But all the rest!
And thanks to Donna and Debbie and others who have expressed themselves to me and John.
Love,
Kathy

I want to publicly and personally thank Cathy Gerhardt for the many long years of very dedicated work she has put in as treasurer for MSCB. A huge amount of work goes into being treasurer. Not only was she treasurer of the State, but also Tri-county. Not only was she treasurer of both state and tri-county but at a time when the organization was being established and so it was a learning and growing experience for Cathy and everyone involved and she did a tremendous job with the entire process in finding out what was necessary and needed to be done.
Thank you!
You made my job as Present 100-fold easier, saving me from doing much of the work I would otherwise have had to do.
MSCB could not have done it without you.
And I know you will be of great support to Dennis as he take on this task as well.
Also, a huge thank you to John who picked up mail, picked up people, took checks to banks, and all else. This was certainly never overlooked or under-appreciated by me so again, thanks to two very special people.
