Good morning everyone,
It is hard to believe that January 2012 is more than half gone.  For MSCB, one thing that means is that's it's time to start preparing our winter newsletter.  Anyone is welcome to send articles for the newsletter.  Due to space, timely information will receive precedence.  
If you have any articles for the newsletter, please submit them by January 31.
