Seminars at Hadley Presents: Teamwork: Skills and Characteristics of 
an
Effective Team Leader

Date: Tuesday, March 20, 2012

Time: 10:00 AM CDT, 15:00 GMT

Have you ever wondered what makes some people effective team 
leaders while
others struggle? Why do organizations place so much emphasis on 
teamwork? If
you aspire to become more effective at work and want to learn 
more about
leadership skills necessary for the job market, don't miss this 
seminar with
Jamie Sibson, career guidance instructor at Criss Cole 
Rehabilitation Center
in Austin, Texas.

This 60 minute seminar will be moderated by Hadley's Outreach 
Coordinator
Shirley McCracken.  A question and answer session will be 
included as part of
the seminar.  Blindness professionals and support group leaders 
are also
welcome and encouraged to attend this presentation and 
discussion.

Screen Reader Courses
Since they were launched in 2011, more than 150 students have 
completed
Hadley's screen reader courses.  These three tuition-free, online 
courses
improve students' competency with a screen reader, enabling them 
to be more
proficient with their computers in school or work environments.
