You've heard about the Facebook account:  the 
unifiedbrailleforall page.

Today, I'm here to tell you about the third major component of 
this new
information network.  It's a good old-fashion email list where 
people can talk,
exchange information and have a dialog.

Perhaps the single greatest missing element in the UEB discussion 
has been
dialog.  This can now be remedied.
