Just explain to her what DC told you, and I would probably apoligize for not
going to her first. I have always gone to the prof first and that has worked
out for me. I think alot of times the prof doesn't realize the problems you
may be having, that is why I suggest a face to face meeting with her so you
can explain what is going on and she can ask questions.

It just sucks because while she knows I'm having this issue, I thought I
wasn't supposed to talk to her from the end of March on. So, now I'm going

I'm sorry, that doesn't sound fun. But never ever let them tell you
not to talk to the professor. That is your right even if they think
it'll make the professor feel pressured. It is the professor's
responsibility to make the proper accommodations.
