Hi again. That's by line unless there is a setting I don't know about. They told us hear at LWSB to use alt plus the arrows and to read the current sentence alt plus numpad 5.

  Hello,
To get JAWS to read sentence by sentence, just use your up and down arrows. To get JAWS to read the current sentence you are on use JAWS key plus up arrow.
  Hope this helps,
  Greg W.

Subject: [nabs] JAWS: A Reading Question

    Hi All,
My apologies for the slightly odd and very basic question. For a lot of the technical reading for school and research I often find that I would like to read by sentence. I thought JAWS had the capacity to do so, but all I have ever been able to make it do in terms of reading is say character, word, line, Para, and entire doc. I have no idea how to make it read one sentence at a time. I am using JAWS v9 with Windows XP. Any information or suggestions would be much appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Christine
