Dorneta,
For page numbers insertion, margins, font etc you set those before the paper is written.  Then your margins will be the same as you write.  There is no template but I know of websites where you type in the info and it formats for you in your selected format.  I don't use them because often with electronic sources some info such as page numbers or author is missing and you have to be more creative to cite things.  It can make some mistakes but is pretty accurate.

  Thanks Linda!! :-} I WILL be taking you up on the offer. I am wondering whether or not there is a template out there that will allow you to just insert the information in the "blanks". I know that I sent out a PDF doc to the list a week or two ago but I am still wondering how can I make a MS word template that has the margins already set, including page numbers (which is a headache for me to insert), running head, etc...? And the same for MLA
