Thanks Laura. I sent her an email after a phone convo with the director of 
the technology department this afternoon He gives me great insight since he 
was once on the client end and now  he works for the agency. So, I sent her 
an email about some software that I will need before the case is closed and 
hopefully I want have any problems. keep your prayers flowing and/or fingers 
crossed :-)
