[nabs] difference between Jaws 12 and Windows Eyes 7

BlankI am thinking of pu8rchasing a new laptop, which runs Windows 7. I am currently running Jaws 8 9on my Windows Xp system. So I can upgrade my Jaws for a great sum of $598 or purchase Windows Eyes 7 for a payment of 39 0per month! so, what is the big difference between Jaws and Windows Eyes?
Thanks.
I have been a Jaws user for about ten years, so would the Wineyes be hard for me to learn?
