And Jaws is 100% there? For the record, I got through my brief graduate school career using Apple's spreadsheet and word processing programs for fairly complicated functions. I was able to write and format papers, and create spreadsheets, as well as power point presentations using keynote. In fact, I find keynote easier to use than powerpoint. I'm also able to use the internet, and do some programing with terminal. For daily computer use by students, and personal use, Apple is more than up to the challenge! We're always working to improve our products, and if you've got feedback or ideas, please email me privately.
Good discussion, indeed, and thanks for voicing your concerns! :)
