Felicia-

If you are using MS Word 2007:

 

Go to the top tab - find REVIEW -- In review you will find an area called TRACK CHANGES -- There is a arrow drop down menu -- When you click the arrow, it displays 3 items  --- Click the 2nd,  CHANGE TRACKING OPTIONS --- A box appears -- Within the box you can make the changes you need to make: 

*Turn on tracking bold

*Italicized

*Centered text

 

Depending on where you have to make these changes (for deletions, insertions, etc.,) is where you go within the track changing options box.

Subject: [nabs] Needing help in Microsoft word and Excell


My name is Felicia Williams and I am totally blind and I am currently learning Microsoft word 2007 and my homework assignment was to turn tracking on bold, italicized and centered text, and also to do a screenshot Has anybody ever did this and if so, can you help me in this matter?  Also in Microsoft excell, I need to know how to color fill and also how to highliet text in yellow or if need be different colors.  I also need help in keeping fount size on 12 times new roman.  If anybody on the list can help me in these matters or how to get help in these skills or if they are Microsoft word, Excell and power point tutorials available can you please send me to the help links?
