[nabs] reading bookshare books

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how I can read a bookshare book using Kurzweil or from my
desktop? I need to read a book for class and I can't figure this out,
generally I use my victor reader, but the usb that I use to transfer from
computer to read broke, and I need to read the book today!

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!
