Hi Anjelina,
I am working on my PhD in Cognitive Psychology with an emphasis on psycholinguistics (how language is processed by the brain). It is a fascinating area that utilizes a variety of scientific fields including, psychology, linguistics, physics/acoustics, speech science, hearing science, neuroscience, and cognitive science more generally. I am hoping to teach at the university level and to run my own active research lab. Right now I am studying at Ohio State and will likely get my degree in about 1.5 years.
many thanks,
Christine

Sarah, that is awesome! I thought about taking the med school route, but didn't know how I'd complete all the science courses. How much sight do you have? I'd really be curious to know how things work for you!
Good luck!

Hi all,
Out of curiosity, what areas of study are you undertaking. What type of degree are you hoping to obtain?
