For anyone who is interested, I have pasted the instructions and
requirements from last year's scholarship application. However,
things can and do change, so please make sure to stay tuned to
info about when this year's information is released to make sure
you have all the right information. For instance, I'm almost
certain that the contact person named is different as I believe
she no longer works for ACB. This is from last year's, and I'm
forwarding it just to give you guys an idea of what the
requirements are in general. See below:

American Council of the Blind
2010 Scholarship Application Program
Dear applicant, thank you for applying to the American Council of
the Blind Scholarship program. Please take a few moments to
review the critical application instructions that follow prior to
proceeding to the online application. Doing so will assure that
you have organized yourself in such a manner that you have
submitted all required documentation in a timely manner. Please
copy and save this instruction page prior to proceeding so that
you may reference them as needed.
