[nabs] Student loan site, how accessible is it?

So, that time has come, it's time for me to start paying off my student loans for a graduate program I didn't love, and didn't finish.  That's a whole nother story, though! :)
I'm wondering how accessible the student loan site is, and whether anyone's got any experiences to report when using it with a mac?  I'm finding that it sometimes works with safari, but at other times I have issues.  It's important that I resolve this by the end of December, so that I can begin making payments.  Would love thoughts/experiences.
