[nabs] Benefits of Kerzweil?

This is helpful and honestly...I DO NOT like the older version of the 
Kerzweil that I have. for reason unknow to me...I cannot seem to capture the 
image correct. :-( Is the Kerzweil software affordable or rather more 
affordable than the Open Book software? Which is more easier to use and/or 
scann? And does any scanner work? I have an epson  8200 scanner/printer. Any 
information would appreciated and thanks for your quick response...
