Laura,
Just wondering, do you find it harder to get into the grad level? I am
doing a MSW degree and I have been sickly and just not motivated. I am
trying to get myself back into school, but the grades I am receiving are
lower than I would like.

I'm not sure if there's a limit to bookmarks. I imagine f there
is one that it is quite high though.
I make full use of study guides when they are provided. I always
try to take notes during classes because often the professor will
highlight the important things from the reading during classes.
I'm actually lucky that 2 out of the 3 professors I have for grad
school don't actually use any powerpoints, so I am on the same
level playing field as everyone as far as writing down whatever
they say in class. I actually like that.
Sounds like you have a good system going. I'm blessed with a
good memory, and was equally blessed to not have to do much, if
any, studying during undergrad. Grad school's proving a bit
different, but I use the techniques mentioned above, and they
seem to be working well.
HTH,
Laura

Hi all,
I'm in school while looking for work.
What do you use instead of highlighting and skimming?
For me I just take good notes knowing I cannot go back and read
highlights. If I really need something looked up I use a reader.
I can search electronic texts to some extend provided I write the
right key words and spell right.
I really prefer RFB though.
You can book mark stuff now a days and when I began college that
did not exist. I wonder though on Victor products if there's a
limit to book marks?
Ashley
