[nabs] problems with Word 2007 and Jaws 10

I can't seem to make Word save my changes. If I select left alined then type
a document  and think it is  alined properly  then it isn't. 
I do insert f and hear  alined left line spacing double faunt time roman 12
pt..
Any help would be appreciated.
