[nabs] problems with Word 2007 and Jaws 10

Hi Rhonda,
I don't know if this will help or not, but I found at least my copy of JAWS
10 to be defective. You might want to get a sighted person have a look at
your work. Also, in case you didn't know this, Word 2007 adds extra spaces
between paragraphs automatically, so if you have something double spaced and
say you hit return twice between paragraphs, you have actually added four
lines instead of what you wanted. You can go to Alt O, then hit the P for
"paragraphs" and shift tab to the left until you hear "don't added extra
space between paragraphs" and put a check mark there. It only holds for one
document at a time, but when you do that it will do what you want. I didn't
know this untilo a couple of weeks ago in class.
