Has anyone ever used any screen reading technology in conjunction 
with PowerChart?

I'm rather discouraged to discover that the program that the 
hospital at which I am doing my internship uses for charting 
isn't screen reader accessible, like at all.  I can't even hit 
the insert T command to get the title.  I believe it's a remote 
set up, which would explain the utter lack of accessibility.  I 
can't even use the JAWS cursor!
