[nabs] pros and cons of Outlook vs Gmail

If you don't have microsoft office or just don't want to use it, you can 
also use outlook express in windows xp or windows live mail in vista or 
Windows 7.  I use Thunderbird myself and I love it.  I'll second Michael 
M's analogy.
