[nabs] Committees, oh my!

I have to say, I didn't really want to do these meetings at first. When 
I started going though, I found out I was able to contribute ideas from 
time to time. They are not the long-winded boring meetings most people 
are used to, so I'd like to encourage everyone to come tonight. There is 
usually some pretty good information discussed, and ideas and input are 
always welcome--even if you don't want to speak up to much in the first 
meeting, you can just take notes and email them to someone on the board 
and they will get passed around.
