[nabs] Scholarship winner question regarding Kurzwheil

Can anyone tell me how I collect my  copy of Kurzwheil that  was a part of my scholarship prize?  I contacted their customer service today and  they did not seem to have a clue.  I went through this the last time I won a scholarship and never did get my  copy of the program.
Any help is  welcome.
