Hi Dornetta and all,
Glad to hear you're also involved in ACB at the local level! Maybe this
thread can open up a dialogue with the students here on the email list
about getting more involved in ACB. ACB Students is a part of ACB,
which you probably all knew. There are also state affiliates as well as
special-interest affiliates among which ACB Students would be
classified. Each state affiliate also has local chapters. You all know
about the ACB scholarship program from national, but the local and state
chapters often have their own scholarship programs for students as
well. If that's something any of you would like help researching, Sara
or I would be happy to help you find out who to contact.

One topic that came up was the desire for more state student chapters throughout the country. If anyone interested in such collaboration would email me with what state you live in and whether or not you're involved with your state affiliate, that would be great. Together, we will help increase the number of students in our organization!
