[nabs] APA formatting and Office professional

Hello ACBs,
I know that this has been a topic on this list for some time but I have a 
question concerning APA formatting and MS-Office professional. I will try to 
ask and more importantly explain the question....
Can you format a paper in APA on Office professional by highlighting the 
entire paper and then "clicking/hitting" the APA button under the format 
menu?
**I was told this and don't know whether or not it is true or not.
