[nabs] I am so frustrated!

BlankI had submited proof of purchase for a book I needed in one of my classes. The book was requested from the publisher; but since this can take a long time, and my classes are accellerated lasting only 8 weeks, the chapters I needed were to be scanned and emailed to me. This was a week ago. The chapters were emailed several times, but I couldn't receive them, I am guessing the attachments were too large. So, the instructor of my class  said the chapters would be put on a cd and mailed to me. I never received them, so yesterday I call to find that the secretary thought I had received the emailed attachments even though I had sent her an email saying I had not. She said she'd overnight the chapters to me. So this afternoon, you can imagine my frustration when I open the large envelope to find five stacks of pages. each stack secured with a paper clip. I am totally blind and these pages are of no use to me. So, we are starting over again. I'll be given extra time to read the materials once I receive them. This is the fourth week of my class, and there is a midterm. Maybe all of this will work out soon. 
Just wanted to share with those that could understand and identify.
