If you're using iTunes with Jaws, here's some info you might be interested in.
There are two sets of scripts available, one that's free and one you have to pay for. The free set is called BlindTunes. To learn more, go to
www.blindtunes.net
The set you have to pay for is JTunes, made by T and T Consultancy, a company based in the UK. Their number here in the US is Next Generation Technologies.

I wish I could offer help here, but have never used iTunes on the PC side.
Good luck!

If you have to figure out "tricks" to make it work for daily usage since it's incredibly messed up, then I call that unaccessible. Or at least partly unaccessible, anyway. Either way it's doable, it's just not the most accessible deal out there.

System Access does okay, but just like Jaws, it has some issues like in the My Accounts section. I have to turn it off completely and get someone sighted to enter my info into the fields.

I kind of like ITunes myself, aside from this iTunes store problem...which is new to the recent version. I mean, it wasn't JAWS friendly in the past, but the last few versions before the latest one were fine.
Anyway, I may give NVDA a try and see how it goes. I know iTunes is fully accessible with Window Eyes, but I don't have it and don't plan on getting it just for use with one program.
Thanks for the info.

I usually try to avoid ITunes unless I've got beer and painkillers on hand, but here's an idea.
I know NVDA just recently (or maybe not-so-recently) added support for the webkit setup. Have you tried using ITunes with NVDA? I've found it usually goes a lot better than it does with Jaws, which doesn't say to much, but it's nice all the same.

Hello everyone,
I downloaded the latest version of iTunes recently, and now I'm having serious trouble accessing the iTunes store with JAWS. I can tab through the first few buttons, but when I get past those, everything seems to be blank. Anyone else having this issue?
