[nabs] MLA and office 2010

Hello all:
I had a quick question. My teacher is a bit insane when it comes to MLA, 
which is good for me because I'm going to need it for higher level 
classes. The english 111 was rough on MLA, but it wasn't anything nearly 
this precise.

So anyway, my question. I'm using jaws 13 and office 2010. How do you 
insert your last name in the header before the page number?
