Hey Guys!
I have previously talked or asked questions about library services concerns and issues with this group -

Now, I have been granted an opportunity to do a webinar that outlines libraries and providing service for patrons who are blind/visually impaired.
 
As I begin to develop an outline, for my powerpoint - I wanted to ask you guys if there is something that I should cover, or something that you see is a needed improvement in libraries. 
 
Topics include: Assistive technology; talking books, staff interactions, etc.
 
I would love to get some additional suggestions.
