[ACBS] facebook page

I'm just sort of taking 10 minutes to go through email, and I have to 
say I really like Gretchen's idea. Whether or not facebook and twitter 
is a good medium for announcements is not really the question, but the 
idea is that there would be different mediums for people. We'd have 
facebook and twitter, a rss feed for the blog if that gets going for the 
more in-depth announcements and I could even probably make it all post 
to an announce-only list to get things really moving, which would be nice.

The more avenues we open to people, whether it's 5 people that use it or 
10 the better. I also think if people were able to watch an 
announce-only list, they would be more "hey, announcement" rather than 
"I'm busy, [nabs]... delete."
