My name is Michelle Williams and I am the AmeriCorps program coordinator for NewView Oklahoma. Below is an overview of some of our free community programs we will be offering in the upcoming months. I will be sending you information on our OWL camp and on the Dragon Boating program in the next few weeks as well. Spring Program Overview; 1. Start with Art: Free youth Art Program for visually impaired youth located at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art 2. Movements Without Limitations: Free youth and Adult Programs for visually impaired located at the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center (OKC State Fair Grounds) 3. Dragon Boating: Free sport program for visually impaired. In this class our visually impaired community will learn how to compete in a free spirited yet competitive row group! Participants will train their ears and their arms to row with the help of a drum beat! Classes will begin April 15th so RSVP as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
