[oregon-l] Beware of innocent appearing e-mails that are traps

Greg, I am always wary of e-mails that come from federal Government organizations such as Homeland Security, Irs, and others.  Usually unless you've communicated directly with a federal government entity, they don't go into the soliciting business online.  So, Hate to say it but I've been deleting these scams for over two years. These ploys have been around a long, long time.  Glad to hear Mr. Howard is getting on the bandwagon.
