I join with John in congratulating our newest chapter for embarking on a new 
adventure.  It is always wonderful when a new chapter comes into the 
American Council of the Blind of Oregon.   We look forward to getting to 
know, each of you and working with you to make certain that blind folks are 
receiving the best they can get from adequate services in our state, as well 
as helping everyone work together to ensure our mission is accomplished.
