There are user lists that are very helpful.
And, the Apple model is not the same as the PC model. The Apple stores can all assist with setting up and configuring Apple devices. They and we all use the same stuff. VoiceOver is an embedded accessibility feature, not an add-on. The staff at Apple stores and re-sellers are expected to know how VoiceOver operates and assist with its implementation. No separate but equal extra vendor in the middle.
Do you use IOS 4 on your IPhone?
