  Did somemone fall at HKNC? Oh yes the rhave been accidents before. The worst case was a lady who was in the HKNC Residence druing the weekdays hours. She fell in a stairwell and hit her head and later died. Ever since then Clients ar eno longer allowed in the residence  without permission or someone with them d uring class  hours.
