[Sasi] Phone menus and TTYs, Hearing Loss

Jessie and all,
Speaker phones and/or headphones can be a pain. Our paratransit call center
uses one of these option, I think the latter. I do have to raise the volume
on the phone. I do manage to get the job done on a cell phone. It
definitely depends on the person using the headset and the person calling on
the phone as to how usable the thing is.
I'm not sure how TTYs handle menus which is why I asked the question.
