Hi Linda, Hi, that is the point, so the deaf/blind person can communicate
with sighted or non-hearing impaired people. You should read Jeremy's posts
on this subject since he uses a DBC. I only tried it briefly at an expo. It
seems great though.

I probably haven't seen the deaf-blind communicator, and I too
would be interested in knowm about it.  When I was at a Bible
conference one time, the NCCB, it's for the blind, there was a
lady who was deaf-blind, and I used a machine to braille to her
everything that was being said and even sung in a couple of
sessions.  I am a fast braillist, and was glad to do it for her.
She has come to this conference many times and I know she enjoys
it.  But probably the deaf-blind communicator is newer, and I too
would be intwested in hearing about its features.  Does it work
when one person is sighted and the other deaf?
