[sasi] From the moderator regarding list address placement

Hello all,

Just a short note to encourage you to place the list address in either the
to or cc field when you send messages to the list.  Lately I have received
requests for at least three posts that had what are called implicit
destinations.  This means that the list address was put in the bcc field.
Do ing this will cause your message to need moderator approval as the list
is not set up to allow messages to be sent with the address in the bcc
field.  Also, as some of you have found out, I will reject such posts.

Just thought I would explain what is going on and how you can make sure your
posts go to the list in a timely manner.
