Below are menu choices for the tours that have meals  You will be given
instructions as to how to make your selections at the time of each tour.

Tour menus

Grand Canyon

Lunch at Cameron Trading Post

Choose one from this list.  Sandwich served on wheat or white with a crispy
kosher pickle and fries.

Deluxe Burger - Includes all the trimmings

Cold Turkey Sandwich - Breast of Turkey on wheat or white bread.

Ham & Cheese - You can have this one cold or grilled.  It's a great
combination of ham and slices of American cheese.

Navajo Taco - Our specialty...a platter sized portion of Navajo fry bread,
topped with chili beans, mild green chili, cheese, lettuce & tomato.

Vegetarian Navajo Taco - A Navajo taco without the beef.

Navajo Stew - A delicious blend of choice cut beef cubes, potatoes, carrots,
celery and onion  in a rich gravy sauce, served with Navajo fry bread.

Dessert (choose one):

Ice Cream - creamy chocolate-vanilla swirl, strawberry-vanilla swirl, and
vanilla

Drinks (with refills; choose one))

Mustard Rosemary Prime Rib of Beef - 12 oz. Cut prime rib of beef served
with baked potato and seasonal vegetables

Tender Natural Baby Back Ribs - Full Slab of Baby Back Ribs with your choice
of prickly pear or smoky chipotle barbecue sauce accompanied by ranch beans
and seasonal vegetables

Chili Crusted Pan Seared Wild Salmon - Pan seared wild salmon topped with
fresh melon salsa and served with piñon nut rice pilaf and seasonal

marinara sauce, and mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheese with warm
