David Baldridge is a deaf professor at Oregon State University and former Rochester Institute of Technology professor.
 He is currently working on a research project titled Work Place Experiences of People who are Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing (Deaf/HOH) that will collect interview and survey data from experts, people with disabilities, their supervisors and coworkers.
