i do not know what you mean by have i been in the deaf culture.
if you mean am i deaf, the answer is yes,
bilateral hearing aids up to 2008
2009 cochlear implant on one ear
hearing aid on other ear but does me no good, no recognizable
sounds, thinking of going bilateral
cochlear implant.

if this is not what you mean by deaf culture please
advise.
