[wisconsin] unable to access links

I called yesterday, because with window-eyes 7.1 and windows 7, all of a 
sudden I can't link off the first web page with MSAA turned on.
Advice, was to reformat and start over.

I re-installed window-eyes, removed all IE add ins, with no change.
I did a web search, and found lots of sighted people are having the same 
problem.  My computer works fine with window-eyes turned off, or MSAA turned 
off.
I therefore don't know if this solution will help.
