[wisconsin] Survey on Wisconsin Rail

Hi everyone,
I was given a postcard to complete a survey and 
thought others might be interested in 
participating. Wisconsin DOT has begun 
development of a statewide, long-range rail plan. 
The Wisconsin Rail Plan 2030 will address issues 
and needs related to inter-city passenger, 
freight and commuter rail  transportation through 2030.

The web site is <www.wisconsinrailplan.gov> and 
there is a link on the main page to take the 
survey. I found it easy enough to complete, but I 
don't use a screen reader. So I'm not sure how 
well navigation works with a screen reader. I 
didn't see a deadline date for this survey. The 
telephone number is 608-266-8108 but it's only an 
automated voicemail message - no human.

We appreciate anyone who can provide feedback on 
this important topic to improve public transportation.
