Becky earned the admiration of colleagues and the love of friends.
She served as an officer and chair of the Statutory Council on Blindness 
beginning her two terms in 1999.  She devoted years to improving the lives 
of people with vision loss working with the Vision Forward Association 
(formerly Badger Association) and the board of the Wisconsin Council of the 
Blind and Visually Impaired.  Her dedication and cheerfulness enhanced life 
experience for many people who knew her.

Williams, Rebecca C. Age 60 years. Nov. 7, 2011. Beloved wife of Robert. 
Dear mother of Maria (Jason) Schoville, Timothy (Carla) Johnson, Sara
