[wisconsin] Happy White Cane Safety Day

As my guide dog and I took a walk crunching through the leaves and listening to a can blow down the street I thought of you.  Today is a day to celebrate.  Whether you travel with a cane or a dog, and whether you're a "good" traveler or not, isn't it wonderful?  We all get where we're going somehow and today's a good day to celebrate that fact.  Live it up!
