The Memphis Council of the Blind (MCB) is one of five not-for-profit chapters across the state whose members are concerned about the dignity and well-being of blind people and vision impaired West Tennesseans. This organization strives to increase the independence, equality of opportunity, and quality of life for all blind and visually impaired people.
