The purposes of VIVA
- A. To Maintain, promote and foster the well being and rehabilitation of all visually Impaired Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States of America who are eligible to receive services from the Veterans Administration.
- B. To develop and encourage the practice of high standards of personal professional conduct among Visually Impaired Veterans.
- C. To maintain, promote, and foster the right of all Visually Impaired Veterans to have at all times those rights and benefits granted by laws of the United States of America to them as Veterans of the Military Forces.
- D. To maintain, promote and foster public confidence and awareness In Visually Impaired Veterans...
