Hello everyone,
I've noticed that there is quite a bit of interest in this subject and want to share with you what the national office knows thus far. Tomorrow the House and Senate are expected to unveil their versions of the ADA Restoration Act during a press conference in front of the U.S. Capitol. It is thought that the House's version will be very similar to the bill introduced last September by representatives Hoyer and Sensenbrenner. They are the chief cosponsors again this year. Senator Harkin will be introducing the Senate version. We haven't seen legislative language as of late this afternoon but will put out communications tomorrow or Friday after having the opportunity to read each of the peaces of legislation.
