The Constitution and Bylaws Committee will be meeting soon to consider ideas and possible amendments for consideration at the 2026 ACB conference and convention. As required by Bylaw 6D, all proposed amendments must be submitted to the committee not less than sixty (60) days before the opening of the convention, which, for this year, means May 25th. As in previous years, we will announce a schedule of open committee meetings to gather members’ input before preparing our final committee report.
