The Accessibility Consulting & Compliance Services (ACCS) program at ACB provides two distinct but complementary areas of support:
Paid consulting and compliance services for organizations
Advocacy support for individuals experiencing accessibility barriers

Our Accessibility Consulting & Compliance Services program partners with organizations of any size and from all industries to help ensure accessibility across digital and physical experiences. These are fee-based services tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs.
We collaborate closely with your team to provide practical, actionable solutions that improve accessibility and ensure compliance.
Consulting Services
Our customized consulting services help organizations better understand and implement accessibility best practices. Services include:
Training sessions and workshops (one-time or ongoing)
Expert guidance from qualified accessibility professionals
Actionable recommendations for immediate improvement

Audio Description – Creating and implementing narrated descriptions of visual content to ensure accessibility for people who are blind or have low vision
Disability Inclusion – Building inclusive policies, practices, and workplace cultures that support individuals with disabilities
Accessibility in the Workplace – Ensuring tools, systems, and environments are usable and accessible for employees with disabilities
Assistive Technology – Understanding and supporting technologies such as screen readers, magnification tools, and other adaptive solutions

We “ARM” you for accessibility by:
Assessing websites and mobile applications through in-depth, manual evaluation by users with disabilities
